If batteries are in alarm, check the following first
- Are the DIP switches correct
- Is the incoming communication cable in the CAN port
- Are the batteries linked via RS485
- Polarity correct
- Positive (red) : Left Side
- Negative (Black) : Right Side
- Battery SOC - should be at least 1 light on the SOC bars
If the polarity was wrong and the batteries have been started, the batteries will be stick in alarm, you will need to hold the reset button for around 60seconds to hard reset the BMS
