Giving access to SkyEnergy

You this guide if you need to grant SkyEnergy installer access to a SMA inverter.

Step 1.

Log into Sunny Portal and click "Configuration > "User Management"

Step 2.

Add SkyEnergy as an Installer

Click "New User" 

Email Address: [e-mail]

Roles: Installer

Save

SkyEnergy will now have access to the data in the portal for maintenance and servicing purposes. We always suggest you check your monitoring regularly to ensure optimal system performance.
