Reset a Sungrow HV hybrid and battery system

Use this guide to reset a Sungrow system if you have a high-voltage battery system.

Battery Models: SBR

Step 1 - Shutdown

1. Turn off the inverter
   1. Turn off the AC Isolator (if you have one)
   2. Turn off the DC isolator - located under the inverter.
2. Turn off the battery
   1. Switch the four-pole circuit breaker to OFF (Down)
   2. 

WAIT 60 SECONDS - UNTIL ALL LIGHTS ARE OFF

Step 2 - StartUp

1. Turn the battery ON
   1. Turn the four pole break to ON (UP)
2. Turn the inverter ON
   1. Turn the DC Isolator ON
   2. Turn the AC isolator ON
