I need accessing the monitoring via VRM

1. Log in to VRM portal
2. Search the customer name in VRM, if you locate the name click on it.
3. Click Settings
4. Users
5. Invite User > Add the users name and email address

If you search the customer name and you can not find it, you can search via the VRM ID. This is located on the side sticker of the Cerbo.

Once received, do the following

https://vrm.victronenergy.com/add-installation

Add a Cerbo

Input the VRM ID

If the site has been created, it will re direct you to the site, and you can now start at step 1 again to add the customer.
